Project Title: Repair Streets & Parking Various PSFBProject Location: Patrick SFB, FLThis is a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract for Space Launch Delta 45, Patrick SFB, FL.Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this invitation for bid, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this invitation for bid, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The Magnitude of Construction for this project, in accordance with FAR 36.204, is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.The NAICS code is 237310- Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, and the size standard is $45.0 M.The period of performance for the project is 90 calendar days after notice to proceed.
THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE FOR ALL ELIGIBLE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NONRESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
