Description
The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to remove and replace air handlers, installing return ducts, evaluating the existing ductwork, provide humidity control for facility, and provide additional humidity control for vault. All work shall comply with State of Florida Building Codes and Wing Facility Excellence guidelines.
This is NOT a request for proposal or invitation for bid. 45 CONS at Patrick SFB, FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA2521-25-B0003 being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation document. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. This IFB is being issued under FAR 19.805 Competitive Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR PART 14 - Sealed Bidding. Any questions related to this pre-solicitation must be submitted via email to Madison Duarte; madison.duarte.1@spaceforce.mil; and Patricia A. Bates; patricia.bates@spaceforce.mil. Please reference solicitation FA2521-25-B0003 on all correspondence.
The IFB is expected to be available on sam.gov on or about 18 March 2025. Bids are due 30 days after IFB posted.
Potential bidders must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: https://sam.gov)
Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under a solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel a solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.”
