Project Title: HVAC Repair B535Project Location: Patrick Space Force Base
This is a solicitation for a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract for Space Launch Delta 45, Patrick SFB, FL.
Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for Bid, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this Invitation for Bid, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The magnitude of this project is between $1 M and $5 M (In Accordance with FAR 36.204).
The NAICS Code is 238220 and the size standard is $19 M.
THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE (SDVOSB). OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
A site visit will be held on 31 March 2025, at 09:00 AM EST. Attendees' information as required by "Badge Request 45 SFS Form V13" is to be submitted back to 45 CONS by 25 March 2025 at 12:00 PM EST for access to the pre-proposal site visit and is subject to security review and background check by 45 SFS. Everyone will be required to sign in; please arrive at the Matador St Patrick Space Force base Visitor Center at least 20 minutes prior to the site visit.
