Description
The Contractor shall furnish the parts for the spares requirement listed below:

P/N: 2-310-143-01
ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 15 each - Maximum 175 each

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335931 and the size standard is 600 employees.

The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), contract in support of the CH-47 T55 Engine, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agency-s requirement. Only three responsible sources can satisfy the agency requirements. This procurement is restricted to Honeywell International, Inc. (CAGE Code 99193), Safran Electrical Components USA, Inc. (CAGE Code 05593), and Jo-Kell, Inc. (CAGE Code 5V049). The Government does not have the necessary access to the technical data needed to complete this requirement. Honeywell, Safran Electrical Components, and JO-KELL are the only sources having the technical data necessary to provide the Harness Assy, Accessory. Currently, no other sources have access or authorization to use the data.

The Harness Assy, Accessory must be provided by an approved source. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by following the procedures outlined at the following website:

Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs.
