Description:
Army Contracting Command Detroit-Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), follow-on contract to Trideum Corporation (Trideum) (CAGE Code:351S9); , 655 Discovery Dr NW STE 100, Huntsville AL to provide continuous Modeling and Simulation (M&S) services to the U.S. Army Center for Army Analysis (CAA) in support of the Strategy and Resources (SR) and Simulation Proponent and School (SP) Branches of the Army Modeling and Simulation Office (AMSO). This new requirement will be awarded utilizing Department of Defense (DoD)'s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Pilot Program.
The solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov in the near future. While it is the Government-s intent to award this requirement on a sole source basis, that does not preclude interested parties from submitting a response/proposal with a capabilities statement for consideration.
