Description:The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Test Center (AFTC), 412th Contracting Squadron, Edwards AFB, CA intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Allegiance Supply (SDVOSB, CAGE 5WAT6, UEI HP9VREKYU6A8), an EXFO America-authorized reseller.
This action consolidates two validated requirements into one procurement for efficiency. The requirement is for EXFO America brand test equipment as follows:
Modular Mainframe FTB-1V2-PRO-NRF-S1-128G-DC-VPM2X (Qty 2) PowerBlazer High-Speed Multi-Service Test Module FTBX-88260-40GE-100GE-TA-QSFP28 (Qty 2) Fiber Inspection Scopes FIP-500-1-NRF with multi- and single-fiber heads (Qty 2) Connector Adapters FOA-54B (SC) and FOA-98 (LC) Freight to Edwards AFBThis notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency if received no later than August 25, 2025, 4:00 PM PST. Submissions must demonstrate the capability to provide EXFO America brand or equal equipment meeting all technical and security requirements.
