Synopsis Crabtree Cove Maneuver Area Replacement Project, Stockton Lake. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Stockton Lake, has a need for pavement replacement. Project will include demolition and installation of new pavement. Contractor must include in their pricing all plant, labor, equipment, and all materials necessary for a complete installation. Project is broken into a Base CLIN and a single Optional CLIN. Optional CLIN may or may not be exercised as part of the Contract. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,00.00. The estimated period of performance for completion is 270 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). There will be a site visit planned for this solicitation. The details to attend the site visit will be included in the solicitation.
