The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located in Gallup, New Mexico at 1808 West Aztec Ave, Gallup NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Janitorial Supplies to be awarded as multi bulk funded Blanket Purchase Agreements. The period of performance will be a Base plus 2 option years if exercised in accordance with FAR 17.207(c)(4). The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022P00886 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 19, 2024.
