The contract has an ordering period of five (5) years with a total ceiling cost of $25M with an estimated $5M for each IDIQ award. Awards were executed on 9 September 2025 to the following contractors:

The SEED Project Task Order was awarded to Southern Aire Contracting, the remaining four (4) offers received a one-time initial task order in the almount of $1,000 for a post-award conference which will satisfy the contract minimum amount.
