DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to provide the overhaul of the following assets:

ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: One Time Buy of 60.
The proposed contractual action will result in a single award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), One Time Buy (OTB) with the quantity listed above. These items are non-commercial items; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. A written quote must be provided. The anticipated award date is 29 December 2025. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This NSN is listed as a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This procurement is restricted to Sikorsky (CAGE: 78286) as they are the only Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) approved source and therefore the only contractor eligible for award. The listed contractor is also the only source that has the technical data necessary to perform this acquisition. DMWR 1-1615-285 dated 6/30/2023 is available for this requirement.
