Description
The United States Military Academy (USMA) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for delivery and installation of a Universal Testing Machine for the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at USMA. This will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard is $22.0 million dollars. This procurement will be set-aside for 100% Small Business (SB) concerns.The source selection process that will be used is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and Technical Evaluation. The solicitation process will consist of the following: Solicitation will be issued on/or about 21 April 2025. Quotes will be due on/or about 12 May 2025. A site visit will occur during the solicitation time at USMA. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 source selection procedures. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. This notice is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers.
