SUBJECT: Synopsis / Request for Information _ Establishment of Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for VMC Italian Safety Coordinator Services and other Construction Related Services
1. The 414th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Army Contracting Command intends to establish multiple Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) in Fiscal Year 2025, with a performance period of five years to procure professional Italian Safety Coordinator services and other Construction-related services including, but not limited to those indicated below, to be performed in support of construction activities as to comply with Italian regulatory requirements.
Design Safety Coordinator (DSC) services. “Coordinatore in materia di sicurezza e di salute durante la progettazione dell-opera” (CSP). The Consultant shall perform Design Safety Coordinator (DSC) services as per article 91, paragraph 1 of the Legislative Decree n. 81/2008 and U.S. Army Safety and Health Requirements EM 385-1-1. The Consultant shall prepare the Design Safety Plan “Piano di Sicurezza e Coordinamento”(PSC) and perform any and all effort required by above mentioned Decree 81/2008 and applicable rules. The effort may include, but not be limited to, the preparation of the Facility Maintenance Safety Booklet “Fascicolo dell-Opera” Roofing Technical Plan “Patente a Punti”, “Elaborato Tecnico di Copertura” and the risk-s assessment due to the presence of unexploded war ordinances. The Consultant shall possess the required training as per article 98 of the Decree n. 81/2008. The Consultant shall submit the PSC and any and all required documents. Documents shall be prepared in accordance with the Decree n. 81/2008, applicable Italian safety regulations, and U.S. Army Safety and Health Requirements EM 385-1-1. Construction Safety Coordinator.
