Description
The Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), Directorate of Contracting, Homestead Air Reserve Base, Homestead, Florida, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order, in accordance with Federal Acquisition
Regulation FAR part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332510-Hardware Manufacturing.
The following will be procured as follows:
CLIN 0001: Weapons Loading Tool Kits Qty: 5
CLIN 0002: Foam - 39738-44918 Qty: 9
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit their interest and capability to the contract specialist below not later than, 29 January 2025 at 3:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Based upon the responses to this notice, the Government will determine if this proposed acquisition should be opened to competition. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
