This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued aside from the one posted here. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13, the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Part 213, and the Department of Air Force FAR Supplement (DAFFARS) Part 5313.
