Sealed Proposals Will Be Received By The Barrow County Board Of Education (the "owner") At The Office Of The Assistant Superintendent For System Operations, 179 West Athens Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, Until 2:00 P.m. Local Time On June 10, 2025, For Construction Management At Risk Services For A Project Described As System Athletic Improvements (the "project"). The Sealed Proposals Shall Be Submitted In Accordance With The Request For Proposals. The Owner Shall Not Consider Late Proposals. System Athletic Improvements Will Consist Of Planning, Development, And Construction For Multiple Phased Modifications And New Construction. The Anticipated Duration Of The Project Is Tbd, And The Stated Cost Limitation Is $65,000,000.00.
