ACC-APG is issuing this RFI as a means of conducting market research to: research possible contract vehicles, determine if two or more small businesses can accomplish this work, generate interest within industry, refine the Government-s PWS, and achieve workplace synergies and cost efficiencies. This contract will be issued against RS-25-0015 to all RS3 holders. The requirements for Contractor SETA support services to Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS) within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). PM TS manages over 32 Programs of Record (PoR) and Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) within its portfolio. This support includes: program management, budget and program analysis, strategic planning, risk management, systems engineering, cybersecurity, lifecycle logistics, operations, acquisition management, security management, QRC, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), financial management, and overseas Liaison Officer (LNO) support. - Documents:
