The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA309925Q1001 and shall be used to reference any written responses to this source sought.
Laughlin Air Force Base anticipates a requirement that is being considered under a small business set-aside program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 238110. The size standard for NAICS is $19.0M.
The requirement is to provide: Design and Construction of a mounted static display of the T-1A aircraft on Laughlin AFB within the Ribas-Dominicci traffic circle, located directly northeast of the West Gate. Work may include installation of all necessary drainage, lighting, erosion control, xeriscaping, landscaping, and other features consistent with existing static displays. The Contractor shall furnish all surveys, design drawings, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, administration, supervision, and all else necessary to perform all operations to successfully complete this project.
This negotiated procurement will be accomplished by the Best Value Source Selection Method, Performance Price Trade-Off, under full and open competition procedures. The evaluation criteria for proposal evaluation will be accomplished utilizing (a) Technical (b) Past Performance and, (c) Price factors, with past performance history being approximately equal to cost or price considerations.
