The Airport Commission is commencing a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Terminal 3 Boarding Area E Candy Kiosk Lease, a Small Business Set-Aside The Terminal 3 Boarding Area E Candy Kiosk Lease comprises one location, approximately 130 square feet of concession space, post-security of Terminal 3 Boarding Area E, on the departures designated as space No. E.2.405. The term is seven years. The initial Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) is $34,000, subject to annual adjustment. For each Lease Year, the Base Rent shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) or Tiered Percent Rent of 6% of Gross Revenues achieved up to $500,000.00, and 8% of Gross Revenues achieved over $500,000.00.
