Description:
The Georgia Department Of Transportation (hereinafter, Department Or "gdot") Is Conducting This Electronic Request For Quotes ("erfq") Under Its Authority To Procure Services Ancillary To The Construction And Maintenance Of A Public Road, As Defined In O.c.g.a 32-1-3, As Provided For In O.c.g.a 32-2-64 And 32-2-69 To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier(s) Who Will Provide Highway Mowing And Maintenance Services As Further Described In This Erfq. The Contractor Shall Perform Regularly Scheduled Highway Mowing And Maintenance Services (collectively, The ¿services¿ Or ¿work¿) As Scheduled By The Department Throughout The Year On An Annual Or As Needed Basis. The Services Will Include Furnishing All Labor, Material, Tools, Equipment, And Incidentals Necessary To Perform Mowing Complete, And Additional Litter Removal Within The Limits Of The Right Of Way And Easement Areas Of The Interstate And Limited Access Routes, 4 Lane Divided Highways, 4 Lane And 2 Lane Routes, In A Safe, Effective, And Timely Manner, As Detailed Herein.
