Description:
The Georgia Department Of Transportation (¿gdot¿) Seeks To Create An On-call, Open Agency Contract For Right-of-way Preliminary Cost Estimates (¿services¿). Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With State And Federal Laws, Federal Regulations, With Particular Attention To Title 49 Cfr Part 24, Gdot Policies And Procedures, Gdot¿s Manual(s), The Request For Proposal (rfp) And All Additional Written Or Verbal Instructions Given By Authorized Gdot Staff Members. Pre-qualification Notice: To Be Eligible For Award And To Perform Work Under The Contract, All Consultants Must Be Prequalified With Gdot For The Services Contained Within This Scope Of Work For The Right-of-way Preliminary Cost Estimates Category (c-1) Prior To The Awarding Of The Solicitation. This Prequalification Must Be Kept Current Throughout The Life Of The Contract. Failure To Maintain The Prequalification Will Result In Either The Vendor Deemed Ineligible To Perform Work Or Result In A Contract Termination As Detailed In The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract.
