Tender are invited for Notice of Utility Tariff FilingsThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) filed TA180-122 and TA181-126, revenue requirement studies for its water and wastewater utilities, respectively, based on a 2023 test year.AWWU previously filed TA178-122 and TA180-126, revenue requirement studies based on a 2022 test year, requesting across the board rate increases of 6.3 percent and 3.0 percent to its water and wastewater rates, respectively. These filings were suspended into Docket Nos. U-24-005 and U-24-006, respectively. On February 12, 2024, the Commission approved the requested interim rate increases with Order No. U-24-005(1)/U-24-006(1). These dockets are currently pending before the Commission.With TA180-122, AWWU requests an across-the-board rate increase of 5.13 percent to the currently interim rates to all water customers.
