Tender are invited for Notice of Utility Tariff FilingThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Homer Electric Association, Inc. (HEA), filed TA471-32, requesting approval of an extension and amendment to its current base supply agreement with ENSTAR Natural Gas Company, LLC (ENSTAR) for the provision of firm natural gas, which is set to expire March 31, 2025. The current agreement is being extended until March 31, 2026, and the extended term of the amended agreement will be April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031. Under the extension and amendment, beginning April 1, 2025, natural gas service will be provided on a non-firm (interruptible) basis, with ENSTAR and HEA agreeing that interruption will not be considered a qualifying interruption expense and HEA will be excused from any obligations set forth in Section 1200 of ENSTAR-s tariff. HEA may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice if ENSTAR is unable to deliver gas requirements for a period longer than 12 months.
