Tender are invited for Notice of Utility Tariff FilingThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA560-8, requesting Commission approval to re-enter the Simplified Rate Filing (SRF) process for energy and demand rate changes to the Chugach retail classes and the wholesale class to the Seward Electric System (SES).With TA560-8, Chugach is requesting re-entry into the SRF process to adjust demand and energy rates on a semi-annual basis, utilizing the twelve months ending June and December as the test periods. In addition to requesting re-entry into the SRF process, Chugach is requesting an increase of 8 percent for demand and energy rates for both retail service and wholesale service to SES. In Docket Nos. U-23-047 and U-23-048, the Commission required Chugach to filed unified permanent rates, which have not yet been approved by the Commission.
