Ft.: 11,640Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 9,700Space Type: Outpatient Clinics & Medical OfficeParking Spaces (Total): 40Full Term: 5 Years Firm Term: 3 Years Occupancy Required By: 8/1/2025The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a medical building under a lease in Tampa Florida for 13,095 rentable square feet (RSF) expiring July 31, 2025. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 40 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be first floor contiguous, but will consider non-contiguous and/or other floor levels with working elevators if ADA compliant.
