Description
The Central Texas Veterans Healthcare System has a requirement for tank testing and Veeder FboNotice installation. This will be a brand name or equal requirement.36C25725B0016The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. Services will be performed at the Central Texas Veterans Healthcare System in Waco, at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76711. The Veeder-FboNotice equipment is specified to ensure compatibility with existing systems and to meet the operational requirements of the facility. Offerors proposing equal products must provide documentation demonstrating the proposed product s equivalence in functionality, compatibility, and performance with Veeder-FboNotice. Detailed specifications, including salient characteristics and submittal requirements for equal products, will be provided in the solicitation.Network Contracting Office 17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Construction contract. The anticipated method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Period of Performance:The period of performance (POP), for this service shall be 120 calendar days or less after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).NAICS & Size Standard:The NAICS code for this procurement is 237120 Oil and gas pipeline and related structures construction - with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million.
