TAS requires a standard set of products for every LTA to effectively conduct outreach activities and have these items available to individually transport. The LTAs host community outreach events, recruitment fairs, and Problem-Solving Days on a recurring basis, and this suite of outreach products will fulfill the need for such events. Additionally, TAS performs recruitment-related outreach independently of other LTA-hosted Outreach activities. Therefore, these products are also needed by the Recruitment office to individually transport to and effectively conduct recruitment events.
The contractor shall provide customized outreach products based on design templates prepared by TAS. The following items will be provided:
33.5” Retractable banner with full-color high resolution graphics printed on vinyl. Viewable area 33.5” X 78.765”; graphic size (with bleed) 33.5”W X 83.75” H; with aluminum base and print support pole, top clamp and travel bag. 4- Display Kit with Graphic Panels, full color custom artwork on three graphic panels printed on Titan no-curl laminated media that attaches using hook-and-loop fasteners; frameless display; with carrying case. Overall dimensions 54” X 24” X 22”; individual panel dimensions 17” X 23”. 4- replacement graphic panel, fits Item #141009, Display Kit.
