SYNOPSIS
The U. S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) and The Office of Tax Policy is conducting market research to determine available sources for a potential procurement requirement. This is NOT a formal solicitation or request for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotes. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information from industry contractors regarding their interest, capabilities, and recommendations to provide subscription services for a tax law product.

SMALL BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND. This subscription must contain data regarding corporate, legal, and financial news and background information from the widest possible breadth of sources, including those which may not be available for free to the public in response to frequent, time-sensitive search queries and daily updates or alerts in relation to tax law research and/or tax law court documents. This information is crucial to the Office of Tax Policy-s review of current and proposed Federal tax provisions.
