- The Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, Library Staff intends to procure an enterprise license with Tax Analysts, 400 South Maple Avenue, Suite 400, Falls Church, VA 22046 on behalf of The Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Division and Criminal Division. This license will provide access for up to 225 users assigned to the DOJ Civil and Criminal Divisions to: Tax Directory, Tax Notes Today, State Tax Today, Worldwide Tax Daily, Tax Notes, and Tax Notes International. Users will be enabled to e-mail news, commentary, and search results to other licensed users. The service includes up-to-the-minute coverage on key developments in Federal, State, and international tax matters, powered through a full-text-searchable online research platform with accurate charts, graphical features, figures/exhibits, and mathematical equations which aid the users in understanding the content. Users shall have access to e-mail alerting services, including pre-packaged and customizable options. Each user shall have the option to easily set up prepackaged/standard alerts, customizable on an individual level for the selection of delivery frequency (i.e. daily or weekly) and the ability to access alerts directly on the platform. Users shall also have the option to create custom alerts which can be tailored by specific search terms, internal revenue codes selection, document type, jurisdiction, or subject area. Custom alerts shall also include delivery frequency options, such as daily, weekly, up-to-the minute, and be accessible on the research platform if no e-mail alert is desired. The online platform shall provide a variety of search tools available across the entire platform. Content shall be divided into the practice areas of Federal, State and International; the tools shall be available for each content area and shall operate in a similar manner, with customizations available as appropriate.
