Purpose
This announcement constitutes a SOURCES SOUGHT for informational and planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR SOLICITATION OF ANY KIND. Information gathered will be considered in order to determine the feasibility of a small business providing the necessary support, whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition for small business, and the most appropriate contract vehicle.
