NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), supply contract for five (5) Switch Multiplexer Unit (SMU) Astrodyne TDI Power Supplies to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), 400 John Quincy Adams Road, Tauton, MA 02780, CAGE 67032. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer, GDMS. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 - All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing, the size standard is 600 employees, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6130 Converters, Electrical, Nonrotating. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures at 10 U.S.C. 3204(e). Solicitation number W911N225Q0034 will be released on or about 11 June 2025, with a closing date on or about 20 June 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov/content/home on or about 11 June 2025. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award.
