Description
This special notice is intended to communicate to industry that the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to issue a solicitation to procure Technical Acquisition and Contracting Support for the Missile Defense Agency.
MDA will be utilizing the General Services Administration-s (GSA) OASIS+ Best-in-Class (BIC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multi-
Agency Contract (MAC).
This requirement will be solicited utilizing the OASIS+ Managment & Advisory (M&A) domain as a 100% small business set-aside.
The solicitation will be posted on GSA eBUY (https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ebuy/).
The estimated Draft Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (DFOPR) will be open for 15 days, with a release date of January 31, 2025. The DFOPR will close on February 14, 2025.
Questions from Industry will be due to the Government no later than (NLT) DFOPR closing date of February 14, 2025.
Final Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) estimated for release on March 19, 2025 with proposals due NLT April 16, 2025.
