- Through this Request for Offer (“RFO”), theTexas Department of Information Resources (“DIR”) seeks to procure Technology Solution Services (“TSS”) to be provided to eligible DIR Customers through DIR-s Data Center Services (“DCS”) program. DIR invites interested parties that meet the RFO qualifications to submit proposals regarding their solutions and related service offerings (the submitting parties “Respondents” and thesubmissions “Responses”). This RFO is for services within the DCS program and is not intended to function the same as the Deliverables Based IT Services (DBITS) Program. The DBITS services will be bid in an independent RFO. All information shall be submitted in the format stipulated in this RFO.
