Description

The Contracting Activity is NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, Washington. This notice is a Sources Sought Notice and is strictly for market research purposes. This notice does not commit the US Government to contract for the services described herein. It also does not commit the US Government to pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in preparing their responses to this source sought notice.

It is anticipated that the U.S. Government will award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for Telecommunications, operations and maintenance (O&M). This requirement is for contractor support to operate, maintain, monitor, repair, replace and test the telecommunication systems that are to be fully operational and integrated with U.S. Navy-provided communication equipment and systems to the standards detailed in this PWS.
This is a non-personal services contract for the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, Pacific (NCTAMS PAC) Detachment, covering the Base Communications Office (BCO) sites throughout Puget Sound. The sites listed in Section 1.6.5 of this Performance Work statement (PWS) are included in the scope of work, which encompasses both inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) services. Services shall be performed in accordance with local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Attached to this notice is a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please note these draft documents are subject to change.

The Government is asking interested contractors to review the attached Draft PWS (with attachments) and submit the following:

a. A brief Capability Statement (NTE 1-2 pages), that outlines your firm-s capabilities in this industry. Additionally, include any prior experience performing contracts that are similar in scope.
