The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a firm-fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. This solicitation is being issued an Other than Full and Open procurement open to businesses of all sizes (no set-aside) but restricted by a brand name justification. The requirement is to procure a 5-year maintenance and spare parts provisioning services contract for Teledyne FLIR R80D SkyRaider Mission kits, Tether, various CBRN detectors, and the Griffin G510 gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (GCMS).
