Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation notice will not be issued. Solicitation Number: HQ0516-25-Q-E024, this solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 January 17, 2025. This solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing.
Quotes are due by 4:00 PM EDT on April 25, 2025. Quotes shall be sent to the Acquisition Support Specialist, Anthony Leander (anthony.m.leander.ctr@mail.mil), and Contracting Officer, Stephen Dimitriou (stephen.p.dimitriou.civ@mail.mil) via email. All quotes received in response to this RFQ shall remain valid for 90 calendar days from the quote due date.
Questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer no later than 4:00 PM EDT on April 17, 2025.
