Bath NY VAMC has established a requirement to use the Rotronic Temperature and Humidity monitoring system. This contract will cover all the parts and installation to equip the BATH VAMC with Rotronic equipment so that Bath, Canandaigua and Rochester will all operate on the same system. Rotronic s products and services are only available directly from Rotronic. No other source would be able to provide repair and support for the BATH VAMC Temperature and Humidity monitoring system per the sole source letter provided by Rotronics.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A RQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, HOWEVER, Any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification prior to the response due date and time.
