Amendment #1R: Adding SolicitationAmendment #1: The purpose of this amendment is to add Convert TLF to Reception Area, ADA Compliance SOW, additional drawings, AF Form 66, and extend the proposal due date to 09 May 2025.Additional Statement of WorkThis facility is currently a TLF that is aged and requires repair. However, to accommodate the existing Magnolia Inn administrative personnel, unit 7202A will be converted to a reception area for guests to check into their amenities. This conversion will allow for centralized check-ins and create an area dedicated to lodging administration. Unit 7202B will remain a TLF but be renovated to comply with ADA standards.Second Site Visit:The Government invites you to a site visit on Wednesday, 23 April 2025 at 2:00 PM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. To attend, please RSVP via an email with the following information: First and Last name, Driver's License Number, State, SSN, and Date of Birth to the POC NLT 12:00 PM CST on 17 April 2025. If you do not contact the POC by 12:00 PM CST on 17 April 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit.Additional Info:All RFIs must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST, on 28 April 2025.______________________________________________________________________________________________________This project will standardize ten Temporary Lodging Facility (TLF) units across five buildings (B7204, B7206, B7208, B7210, B7212) through a comprehensive renovation.
