Description:
The Department of Public Health (“City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in search of Proposers that have the necessary qualifications to complete the work set forth in this RFP. Whether a Proposer has such qualifications will be determined through the evaluation process described in Section VIII of this RFP. Scope. Successful Proposer(s) will provide as needed temporary Nurse Ancillary (Non-RN) and Clinical Support (CS) Staff, with clinical expertise as required by the City, to the San Francisco Health Network (SFHN), including but not limited to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG), Laguna Honda Hospital (LHH), and any Ambulatory Care (Jail Health Services, Primary Care Health, Whole Person Integrated Care, Maternal Child Adolescent Health, and HIV Health Services) sites as needed (collectively “SFHN Sites and/or Site”). Qualifications. Each Nurse Ancillary (Non-RN) and Clinical Support (CS) Staff referred to an SFHN Site must be trained and licensed for the clinical assignment to which said Non-RN and CS Staff is referred and meet all qualifications specified below. The successful Proposer will invoice the City monthly in arrears based upon rates bid and agreed to by the City. Term. The City intends to for awarded agreements to include an initial one-year term, with the City-s option, acting in its sole discretion, to extend an agreement term up to a total not-to-exceed duration of nine years. Multiple Contracts. The City reserves the right to award multiple agreements under this RFP. Successful Proposer(s) will be ranked based upon earned scores. The highest scoring responsive responsible Proposer will be ranked first. The second highest scoring responsive responsible Proposer will be ranked second, and so forth. No Proposer is guaranteed a contract or any work.
