- Description : Provide materials, labor, equipment and transportation to erect a 90- long x 90- wide x 16- high temporary sun screen similar to a temporary wind or dust screen, but with the shade cloth horizontal rather than vertical. Composed of 30- post spacing, 4” OD sch40 posts, 18” diameter x 4- deep footings w/2500psi concrete, 5- anchor rods, 3/8” galvanized steel cable, and 80% shade cloth. 80% shade cloth must be equal to or better than Polyproductos de Guatemala brand 80% shade cloth. The site location is DOT Harbors Kawaihae Container Yard, Hawaii Island. This is a paved, fenced, and secure facility. A TWIC card is required to work in this facility.
