BACKGROUND: The Bay Pines VAMC currently utilizes TempTrak for the monitoring of the refrigerators and freezers temperature in the inpatient and outpatient pharmacies. We would like to expand the monitoring capabilities to the refrigerators and freezers in the rest of the B100 hospital at Bay Pines and the Lee County HCC facility. SCOPE: Contractor shall install name brand OEM TempTrak equipment used to provide temperature monitoring. Delivery and install shall be determined post award of the contract.PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS for Bay Pines VAMC:Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, hardware, and accessories.Contractor shall install 70 TempTrak temperature sensors for inside refrigerators and freezers.Contractor shall install 20 TempTrak receivers in the closest data closets to the suites. Contractor shall install 3 room pressure sensors in the inpatient pharmacy.Contractor shall install 3 room temperature and humidity sensors in the inpatient pharmacy.Contractor shall test new equipment for proper operation.PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS for Lee County HCC:Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, hardware, and accessories.Contractor shall install 24 temperature sensors for inside refrigerators and freezers.Contractor shall install 3 TempTrak receivers in the closest data closets to the suites.
