SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI) - Tents, Tables, and Chairs (Beale AFB Airshow 2025)
The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 - Market Research, to determine sources capable to provide non-personal services in accordance with the attached FINAL Statement of Work (SOW). All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award. The purpose of this RFI is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified sources that can provide/perform the stated requirement. Interested and/or potential sources are requested andencouraged to submit responses via to bot contact listed below. All correspondence resulting from this RFI, and relevant questions shall be sent to Teresa Perez at teresa.perez.9@us.af.mil and Lt. Joshua Sweat at joshua.sweat.2@us.af.mil. Please refer to the attachments to assist the Government in developing the acquisition strategy of this requirement.
BACKGROUND: The 9th Reconnaissance Wing (9 RW) will host an open house Air Show from June 6 to 8, 2025, at Beale Air Force Base, California. The 9 RW Air Show Committee is seeking rental tents, tables, chairs, and set-up tear-down services for a large Distinguished Visitor area. The Air Show 2025 will take place on 7 - 8 June 2025 and the tent, table, and chairs will need to be in place 6 June 2025 at Beale AFB, California. The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline the requirements and expectations for the provision of the tent rental/lease services.
