Design-Builder Firm Name: Turner Construction CompanyProject Overview:Terminal 3 West ModernizationThe goal of this project is to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 631,022 gross square feet and to renovate approximately 516,644 gross square feet of the existing facility. The terminal will remain in operation throughout the project and will require extensive phasing. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility.Trade Package No.: 120Trade Package Title: Package 6 Pre-Security FlooringDescription of the Trade Package Scope of Work: The flooring scope for the Pre-Security portion of the SFO Terminal 3 West Modernization includes furnishing and installing resilient flooring systems throughout the project areas. This work encompasses, but is not limited to, carpet tile, recessed floor grilles, rubber base, and floor leveling required for continuity of the architectural design. All systems must comply with applicable codes, performance and durability standards, and be fully coordinated with adjacent trades and finishes.
