- Tenders are invited for Terminal 4 Wharf, Warehouse, and Piling Removal Project. In general, the work to be performed includes the demolition of a wharf and warehouse as well as bank restoration. This work includes, but is not limited to the following: compliance with State and Federal regulatory agency permits; preparation and implementation of a SWPPP; installation of a silt curtain; bathymetric surveys; clearing and grubbing; removal and disposal of wood, concrete, and steel both above and underwater; removal and disposal of piles of various types; management and disposal of hazardous materials; earthwork; placement of rock slope protection and all other work as shown on the Plans, as called for in the Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer.
