The Bureau of Land Management, Oregon State Office is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to find potential sources for Terrestrial and Lotic Assessment, Inventory, and Monitoring (AIM) Surveys.Information received in response to this Notice will help the Government determine:Which type of small business set-aside, if any, will be utilized when soliciting for the contract.All businesses are invited to respond to this Notice.This Notice is relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541620, Environmental Consulting Services. The Small Business size standard for NAICS 541620 is $19 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is F099, Natural Resources/Conservation- OtherThis scope of work is for Terrestrial and Lotic AIM data collection. The requisite scope of work includes 542 terrestrial and 60 lotic points in the 2026 field season, with a potential for four 12-month options periods (2027-2030) with 400 terrestrial and 60 lotic points per year.Period of performance will be 12/1/2025 ¿ 11/30/2026. The contract may include four additional option years.Contract Type: The proposed contract is anticipated to be firm-fixed-price.
