The Air Force intends to have a site visit and solicit for the following commodity:
The upgrade of the test cell system operated at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) OK. The upgrade will consist of modification to individual test cells in accordance with the Statement of Work.
A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
Estimated Delivery should be 36 months ARO.
System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334419 with a size standard of 750 EMP.
The site visit will take place on 8 July 2025 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM. If you will be attending the site visit, you must notify Sheridan Robison at sheridan.robison@us.af.mil by 27 June 2025. The email must contain who will be attending and phone numbers for each individual. YOU MUST RSVP TO THE EMAIL BY THE STATED TIME AND DATE TO BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE VISIT. You will need to bring a driver-s license to be allowed on the installation. Instructions will follow at a later date.
Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through www.sam.gov. No telephone requests. See Note 22. Authority is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1).
