This is a Sources Sought Notice for commercial services in accordance with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice for sources sought. Request for company background and capabilities brief are being sought and requested for this notice. An official solicitation notice is NOT applicable at this time. The proposed acquisition NAICS is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5M. Any quotes provided will not be accepted, or considered, in response to this sources sources sought.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) Cherry Point, North Carolina has a requirement for The primary purpose of the upgrade is enabling full test capability of regulating valve, Secondary Bleed Air Regulator (SBAR), P/N 2770073-114. Test Stand Channel 3 is used for testing pneumatic valves at high temperatures and/or pressures. The test stand consists of a Windows 7/LabVIEW/Allen-Bradley CompactLogix-L33ER-based test console for monitoring and controlling air pressure/temperature; an orifice meter to measure airflow; and a valve unit under test (UUT) interface system to allow testing of arbitrary pneumatic valve types.
