- The Texas A&M University System (A&M System) is soliciting proposals for a company or companies (also referred to as “PROVIDER” or “RESPONDENT”) to provide various vending and food services at Texas A&M-Fort Worth (A&M-Fort Worth). The A&M System reserves the right to award to more than one RESPONDENT.The A&M System and A&M-Fort Worth will host a pre-proposal conference for this RFP on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. Attendance is NOT mandatory at this conference however it is highly encouraged that all interested and potential RESPONDENTS attend. The conference will be held virtually.
