- Tenders are invited for Textbook Printing and Distribution. On behalf of USAID, Creative Associates invites firms to submit proposals for the above referenced work to support a USAID project in Somalia. This assistance will be provided under a project implemented in cooperation with USAID and the Government of Somalia. Offerors must demonstrate capacity to provide services in Somalia, must provide professional references and relevant past performance and demonstrate financial resources to implement and manage this award.
