Tender are invited for The Alaska Occupational Safety and Health Review Board will conduct two consecutive hearings on Thursday and Friday, January 30th and January 31st, 2025 respectively. Review board hearings consider challenges filed by employers contesting citations issued by Alaska Occupational Safety and Health. Citations are filed by the Division of Labor Standards and Safety and are based on alleged violations of state occupational safety and health standards. The hearings will begin at 9:00am - 4:30pm on the first floor in the Robert B. Atwood Building located at 550 West 7th Avenue, Anchorage Alaska 99501. Advance hearing notices are provided to all parties of contested citations. The hearings will be open to the public as required by AS 44.62.310 - 44.62.312. People with disabilities and special needs who need accommodations, or individuals with general questions regarding the hearings should contact the Office of Administrative Hearings via their email, doa.oah@alaska.gov, by Thursday, January 23rd, 2025.
