The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1300 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a one (1) mile radius of Metro Centre at Owings Mills, Grand Central Ave, Owings Mills, MD 21117. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately three (3) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
